Our focus is on empowering BIPOC women by teaching beauty industry skills. Our flagship program emPowered by Beauty teaches economically challenged women living primarily in urban areas how to be a
makeup artist. We further assist by helping participants to promote their new skills with entrepreneur training and apprenticeships.
